Sudan: Radio director killed by RSF in Wad Madani amid calls for investigation and accountability

The Committee for Justice (CFJ) has monitored the killing of Alaaddin Ali Mohamed, a radio director at Wad Madani Radio, by the Sudanese Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

Mohamed was killed during an RSF assault on the Asir area in South Al-Jazira locality, which occurred on June 22. The attack resulted in numerous casualties and injuries.

CFJ condemns the killing of radio director Alaaddin Mohamed and demands a transparent and impartial investigation into the circumstances surrounding the attack. CFJ also calls for the perpetrators to be held accountable to prevent impunity for the killing of civilians.
