Sudan Task Force
The Sudan Task Force is a coordination framework launched in January 2026, and currently composed of 15 Sudanese and regional civil society organizations committed to monitoring and documentıng the human rights situation in Sudan and engaging with relevant international mechanisms.
The Task Force works to strengthen documentation and advocacy efforts, facilitate effective engagement with United Nations mechanisms — including the Universal Periodic Review (UPR), Special Procedures, and treaty bodies — and enhance coordination and information-sharing among participating organizations.
Through collective action and joint engagement, the Sudan Task Force aims to amplify civil society voices in international accountability processes and contribute to the promotion and protection of human rights in Sudan.
