The third and thirteenth defendants provided material support to an illegally established group.
The third, sixth, seventh, and thirteenth defendants possessed and acquired explosives for terrorist purposes, undermining security and public order, and used explosives for the purpose of destroying public interest buildings and facilities.
The third, eighth, eleventh, thirteenth, and fourteenth defendants also possessed and acquired an illegal firearm, “automatic rifle”, intended for use in activities that disrupt public security and violate constitutional principles and national unity.
The sixth and twelfth defendants used an internet platform for exchanging messages and issuing directives within their terrorist group, utilizing the “Telegram” app for exchanging directives and information related to the group’s activities.
The court convened on January 22, 2023, and adjourned the trial to February 26, 2023, to hear the witnesses.
