These updates are published via its political agenda for legal cases, which was launched to facilitate access to hearing dates and recent developments regarding human rights cases in a simplified format that is easy to follow, for the period from July 12 to July 17, 2025, as follows:
1- Case Name: Al-Madarin Cells

9- Case Name: Ismailia Province Case

Details: The Appellate Circuit issued a verdict, chaired by Judge Hamada El-Sawi, and with the participation of Judges Mohamed Ammar, Raafat Zaki, and Dr. Ali Amara, on the appeal filed by five defendants in Case No. 6482 of 2022 Criminal – Al-Shorouq, charged with joining a terrorist group known publicly as the “Ismailia Province Cell.” The court sentenced one defendant to life imprisonment, one female defendant to 15 years of rigorous imprisonment, and three other defendants to ten years of imprisonment.
10- Case Name: Killing of Major General Nabil Fargh
