    The Terrorism Circuit of the Emergency State Security Court, <\/span>convened<\/span> at the Badr Court Complex, adjourned the retrial of the accused Ahmed Galal Omar Abdel Aal, for joining a terrorist group in the \u201cISIS Al-<\/span>Nozha<\/span>\u201d events, to the third day of the upcoming October session for review and pleading, upon the <\/span>defense’s<\/span> request. The decision was issued under the presidency of <\/span>Judge <\/span>Mohamed El-Said El-<\/span>Sharbini<\/span>, with members <\/span>Judges <\/span>Wagdi Abdel Moneim, <\/span>Dr.<\/span> Ali Amara, and Saad El-Din Sarhan. Notably, the accused is number 25 in the referral order for case number 1391 for the year 2020, <\/span>Supreme <\/span>State Security Emergency, and had a default judgment issued against him in the Al-<\/span>Nozha<\/span> events. He was recently arrested and has <\/span>initiated<\/span> retrial procedures to overturn the default judgment. The Public Prosecution charged the accused with joining a terrorist group; for joining an organization established contrary to the law and constitutional provisions, aiming to disrupt public order and endanger society’s safety, interests, and security, to suspend the implementation of the constitution and laws, prevent state institutions and public authorities from functioning, infringe upon citizens’ personal freedoms and public rights and freedoms, and harm national unity and social peace, knowing its purposes and means to achieve those goals.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
