    Case Summary<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

    The Second Circuit (Terrorism), of the State Security Criminal Court, <\/span>convened<\/span> at the Badr Court Complex, sentenced an accused in the retrial proceedings of the violence incidents that occurred in the <\/span>Talbiya<\/span> area in August 2014, known as the \u00ab\u00a0<\/span>Talbiya<\/span> Violence Incidents,\u00a0\u00bb to 3 years in prison. The decision was issued under the <\/span>chairmanship<\/span> of <\/span>Judge <\/span>Mohamed Hammad Abdel Hadi, with members <\/span>Judges <\/span>Mohamed Ammar, and <\/span>Dr.<\/span> Ali Amara. The Public Prosecution had charged the accused in this case with a series of offenses, including; assembly, incitement of citizens to assemble, possession of firearms, incitement to violence in <\/span>Talbiya<\/span>, and disruption of transportation. It is noteworthy that the Third Circuit (Terrorism), chaired by <\/span>Judge <\/span>Shabeeb Al-<\/span>Damrani<\/span>, had sentenced the accused and others in absentia to a rigorous 10-year imprisonment on June 28, 2018<\/span><\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
