    Case Summary<\/span><\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

    The Third Terrorism Circuit of the Supreme State Security Court, convened at the Badr Courts Complex, has postponed the trial of 73 suspects from terrorist groups in the case known in the media as ‘5th Settlement Cell’. The trial has been adjourned to the session of December 25th for the presentation of evidence and hearing the testimonies of witnesses. The decision was issued under the presidency of Judge Wajdi Mohamed Abdel Monem and with the membership of Judges Wael Mohamed Omran and Hossam El-Din Fathi Amin, with Ahmed Sobhy Abbas as the secretary.<\/p>\n

    The prosecution charged the suspects in the case number 11926 for 2022, of Fifth Settlement felonies, registered under number 1237 for 2022 in New Cairo, and number 627 for 2021 under the Supreme State Security. 73 suspects from terrorist groups were referred for urgent trial, of which 47 suspects are in custody and 26 are fugitives, on charges of joining a terrorist group established in violation of the law.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
