    The First Circuit (Terrorism), held at the Badr Courts Complex, headed by Judge Mohamed El-Saeed El-Sherbini, and with the membership of Judges Essam Abu El-Ala, Ghareeb Mohamed Metwally, Mahmoud Zidan, and Mohamed Nabil, in case number 4736 for the year 2022, Criminal, Fifth Settlement, known in the media as the \u00ab\u00a0Media Committee of the Brotherhood\u00a0\u00bb case, sentenced 14 defendants to life imprisonment and 15 years in prison for 3 others.\r\nThe individuals sentenced to life imprisonment are:\r\nHamza Saad Ahmed Zoubaa,\r\nHossam El-Din Abdel Rahman Said Abdel Rahman El-Shorbagi,\r\nAl-Sayed Farag Mohamed Tawakkol,\r\nEmad Mohamed El-Sayed Amer El-Behairy,\r\nAmin Youssef Amin Ibrahim,\r\nAbdel-Hakim Amer Ahmed Khalil Al-Qadi,\r\nHisham Metwally Ali Hussein El-Shabaki,\r\nIslam Elwani Hegazi,\r\nIbrahim Saeed Ibrahim Ahmed,\r\nMohamed Ahmed Mohamed Shahaata,\r\nMohamed Mohamed Said Abdullah,\r\nSohaib Sami Mostafa Ghareeb,\r\nMohamed Abou Zeid Mohamed Abou Zeid,\r\nAhmed Fawzi Shata El-Sayed,\r\nThe individuals sentenced to 15 years of rigorous imprisonment are:\r\nTarek Ibrahim Mohamed Abou Zeid,\r\nAlaa El-Din Fawzi Abdullah Awf,\r\nMohamed Hossam El-Din Abdel Halim Mahmoud,\r\nThe court ordered that all the convicted individuals and the affiliated entities, namely the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group and the Media Committee membership of the convicted individuals, be added to the lists of terrorist entities and terrorists. The court also ordered the dissolution of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group and the Media Committee affiliated to it, composed of the convicted individuals, and the closure of their organizational headquarters, the residential unit located in the Shabab city of 2nd Raml police station, Alexandria Governorate, as well as all their headquarters and the headquarters of the Muslim Brotherhood domestically and internationally. The court also ordered the convicted individuals to participate in rehabilitation courses for a period of five years, and ordered the confiscation of the seized tools and funds and ordered the convicted to bear the criminal expenses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t
