    Case summary<\/h3>\r\n

    The Supreme State Security Emergency Court (Third Circuit – Terrorism), held at Badr Courts Complex, headed by prosecutor Wagdy Mohamed Abdel-Moneim, with the membership of prosecutors Wael Mohamed Imran and Hossam El-Din Fathi Amin, adjourned the retrial session of the defendant, Hassan el-Kabbani, in the case numbered 2210\/2014, Agouza Criminal Court, commonly known as \u00ab\u00a0Rabaa Operations Room\u00a0\u00bb. The court decided to adjourn the retrial session to July 23 to inquire and investigate whether the defendant presented on that day\u2019s\u00a0session is the same defendant referred to in the charges or not. It’s worth mentioning that the defendant,\u00a0Hassan el-Kabbani\u00a0was sentenced in absentia to life imprisonment as he was a fugitive. He underwent retrial procedures upon his arrest before the court that issued the previous decision. The Public Prosecution charged the defendant and others with several charges, including joining a group that was formed against the provisions of the law and participating in a criminal plan aimed at intentional sabotage of public buildings and properties.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
