Ces pratiques violent le principe de continuit\u00e9 des d\u00e9bats et le droit \u00e0 une d\u00e9fense effective.<\/p>\n<p>Le Comit\u00e9 soutient la d\u00e9marche de M. Bendjama dans ses recours administratifs et appelle le Conseil Sup\u00e9rieur de la Magistrature \u00e0 enqu\u00eater sur ces manquements proc\u00e9duraux. Nous r\u00e9it\u00e9rons notre appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;annulation imm\u00e9diate de ce verdict et \u00e0 la fin du harc\u00e8lement judiciaire contre Mustapha
