Le Comit\u00e9 pour la Justice (Committee for Justice \u2013 CFJ)<\/strong> exprime sa vive condamnation suite \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision du tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de M\u00e9denine, rendue le 3 f\u00e9vrier, de reporter l’examen de l’affaire du militant Abdallah Said au mois d’avril prochain, tout en rejetant sa demande de mise en libert\u00e9. Le Comit\u00e9 consid\u00e8re que le maintien en d\u00e9tention du pr\u00e9sident de l’association \u00ab Enfants de la Lune \u00bb depuis novembre 2024, sans aucun jugement d\u00e9finitif, constitue une transformation flagrante de la d\u00e9tention provisoire en une peine corporelle anticip\u00e9e, violant ainsi la pr\u00e9somption d’innocence et le droit \u00e0 un proc\u00e8s dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable.<\/p>\n

Le Comit\u00e9 attire l’attention sur les incoh\u00e9rences proc\u00e9durales ayant entach\u00e9 ce dossier ; les poursuites ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 sous des qualifications vagues li\u00e9es au terrorisme, lesquelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9es par le p\u00f4le judiciaire de lutte contre le terrorisme faute de s\u00e9rieux, pour \u00eatre ensuite requalifi\u00e9es en \u00ab blanchiment d’argent et atteinte \u00e0 la s\u00fbret\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieure de l’\u00c9tat \u00bb dans le but de maintenir M. Said en d\u00e9tention. Le CFJ souligne que ces poursuites, li\u00e9es \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s humanitaires et civiles en faveur des enfants et des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, r\u00e9v\u00e8lent un sch\u00e9ma syst\u00e9matique de criminalisation de l’action associative en Tunisie par l’instrumentalisation de la justice comme outil de dissuasion et de pression.<\/p>\n

Le Comit\u00e9 pour la Justice (CFJ)<\/strong> exprime sa profonde inqui\u00e9tude face \u00e0 la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de l’\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 d’Abdallah Said en milieu carc\u00e9ral et \u00e0 la privation de ses droits financiers, ce qui a gravement affect\u00e9 la situation sociale de sa famille. Le Comit\u00e9 exige des autorit\u00e9s tunisiennes la lib\u00e9ration imm\u00e9diate et inconditionnelle de M. Said, ainsi que l’arr\u00eat de toutes les poursuites judiciaires ciblant les acteurs civils, insistant sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de respecter les conventions internationales et constitutionnelles garantissant la libert\u00e9 d’association et prot\u00e9geant les d\u00e9fenseurs des droits de l’homme contre les poursuites abusives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
