Qui sommes-nous<\/span><\/h2>\n
Committee for Justice (CFJ) est une association ind\u00e9pendante d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense des droits de l’homme, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, en Suisse. \u00c9tabli en 2015 par un groupe diversifi\u00e9 de d\u00e9fenseurs des droits de l’homme, le CFJ s’engage \u00e0 soutenir les victimes et les d\u00e9fenseurs des droits de l’homme vuln\u00e9rables aux violations.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Le CFJ s’efforce de fournir une \u00e9valuation cr\u00e9dible de la situation des droits de l’homme \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 internationale, aux organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et aux centres de connaissances. Notre travail se concentre sur l’autonomisation des victimes et des d\u00e9fenseurs des droits de l’homme, tout en am\u00e9liorant le paysage global des droits de l’homme \u00e0 travers la surveillance, la documentation et la pr\u00e9sentation des violations et des d\u00e9veloppements dans les politiques et les pratiques dans les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 de telles informations font d\u00e9faut.<\/div>\n

\u00c0 travers ses initiatives, le CFJ aspire \u00e0 contribuer aux efforts visant \u00e0 obtenir des r\u00e9parations et \u00e0 rendre justice aux victimes, ainsi qu’\u00e0 lutter contre l’impunit\u00e9 des auteurs de violations des droits de l’homme.<\/div>\n

En 2023, le CFJ a obtenu le statut consultatif aupr\u00e8s du Conseil \u00e9conomique et social des Nations Unies (ECOSOC), suite \u00e0 la recommandation de la Commission des organisations non gouvernementales, qui est compos\u00e9e de 19 \u00c9tats membres.<\/div>\n

The objectives were rephrased in view of the CFJ three core objectives:<\/p>

  • Protecting and defending human rights victims on the long-term through implementing mechanisms for dealing with the past to serve the transitional justice phase.<\/li>
