The prosecution charged the 18 defendants with joining and leading a terrorist group established contrary to the law and constitution\, possession of a drone for photography and other devices\, and committing crimes of financing terrorism. The investigations of the Dokki Prosecution revealed that the General Administration for the Investigation of Artistic Works and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights monitored the defendant inciting against state institutions and public figures and spreading lies within the Egyptian society. The investigations added that the defendant\, through his program broadcast on ‘El Sharq’ channel\, incited demonstrations against the president\, in addition to mocking the speeches of the President of the Republic and inciting against the state.
